Creating a morning routine for yourself is essential to a successful life. Waking up earlier than usual will give you ample time to focus on your goals and conquer the day with more energy, mindfulness and strength. Habits: 1. Do not hit the snooze button 2. Brush your teeth and wash you face with cold water 3. Drink a glass full of water 4. Do meditation and affirmations 5. Do some exercise and stretching 6. Make your bed everyday . . . . I have casted myself in some parts of these video ith bare upper body because according to some studies, going to sleep with upper bare body helps to improve the sleep quallity. And I wear a shirt only after completeing my morning rituals. So no offense. 😁🙏 . . .
